I am writing this letter to express our gratitude for the wonderful experience we have had while working with you and your staff on the purchase and installation of our Bryant climate
control system. When I first met with you at the Lexington home show, I was impressed
with your system knowledge and interest in my search for a highly efficient system. My
intuition about you was furthered by your prompt and thorough quotation which was
FedExed to me only two days later.


This professionalism did not stop at the sale. My wife was the only one home when your
crew first arrived to begin work. Upon my arrival home that evening,she was anxious to tell
me her experience with your installation technicians. Before beginning work, the supervisor
introduced himself and each of the technicians who would be working on our installation.
Once work began, they were extremely respectful of our property and belongings,
wearing shoe covers while in the house and cleaning up after themselves after each day's
work. The job was completed promptly and there was clear attention to detail in making the
installation as aesthetically pleasing and functional as possible. After finishing the work, I received a complete briefing on the care and operation of the new system.
As you are aware, I quoted several installers before beginning this project. My joke to my wife and friends was that as impressed as I was with you and your company, I would
probably be disappointed in your quotation. To my relief, your pricing was quite
competitive with the other quotes I received. All in all, quite a bargain.



I will be sure to send a copy of this letter to Bryant. With companies like yours as their
ambassador,their future in the HVAC market is quite bright.
